In others news 50 Cent’s new album has early first week estimates at 150k(Source). 50 Cent’s album was on sale digitally November 9th and in stores November 16th, both weeks will be added to the official total which should be released Wednesday.

Do you think that 150k will be accurate? I think 50 Cent will do more than the early estimate.

Surprising this is Jay-Z’s first number 1 record, shows he is still on top of his game with one of if not the highest selling album in Hip Hop this year.

Gucci Mane was sentenced to 12 months in prison on Thursday (November 12) for probation violation and taken away to prison in handcuffs, according to a rep from his label. The sentence is a blow to Gucci’s career. The ATL rapper has a album coming out — The State Vs. Radrick Davis — on December 8 and is arguably at the height of his career; in terms of his sentence, he may be out of prison in six months.

The source said Tyson told investigators that the photographer struck him in an apparent attempt to provoke him. The photographer told investigators that Tyson punched him in the face and tried to take the film from his camera, according to the source, who spoke on condition that he not be named because it was an open investigation.

Both men wanted to press battery charges against each other, so police placed both under arrest, the source said.
