T.I. is currently leading all nominees with 9 nominations for the 2007 BET Hip-Hop Awards. The second annual show, taping in Atlanta for the second straight year, airs on October 17. Legendary emcee KRS-One will be honored with the “I Am Hip-Hop” icon award, while artists Lil Wayne, Nelly, and Common are expected to perform. T.I. missed his flight, so he showed up a couple of hours late. The show was suppose to start 9:30, but he came out like 11:30. Needless to say the place was packed and people got agitated. Quite a few fights were about to break out with people jousting for a better position and just taking their frustration out on the nearest person. But it was all good when T.I. finally came out and had the place rocking. T.I. gave his usual performance, running all over the stage with a lot of crazy looks and energy. Concert was popping from start to end with a good mix of his older and new hits. Luckily T.I.P. didn’t come out and attack anyone.

According to several TMZ spies, T.I. was pissed when a fan launched a cup at the rapper during a performance at an ESPY pre-party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Tuesday night. We’re told T.I. was so upset, he jumped off the stage, leaping over stars like Brody Jenner and the Duff sisters to confront the person face-to-face.

When he got to suspected tumbler tosser, T.I. allegedly struck the individual with his microphone, and the bloody patron was quickly escorted out of the hotel.

Well the guy that tossed the cup deserved what he got, but still T.I. need to chill out. Seem like he got some anger issues which people can use to get bread from him.

Even with all the downloading and etc. going on, big names still bring in big sales. Can T.I. be the top selling Rap artist 2 years in a row, or he has no chance with Kanye West & 50 Cent ready to drop albums? We will see in the upcoming months, but he has definitely set the bar high.
