Van Allen said she had met R. Kelly at the video shoot for “Home Alone,” in which she appeared, in late 1997 or early 1998. Kelly’s cousin, “Blacky” invited her to join Kelly in Kelly’s trailer, she said. She talked with Kelly and ended up having “intercourse” with him in the trailer, she said. She was 17 at the time, she said.

In late 1998, she testified, Kelly took her to his former home on the North Side of Chicago, where she met the alleged victim in this case for the first time. Kelly taped them while they had three-way sex in his “log-cabin” room, she said. That’s the same room he’s alleged to have filmed the tape in this case. Kelly told her the alleged victim was 16, she said.

George Skaluba told jurors that the video appears to depict “real people in a real environment” and, when asked about the possibility of the tape being doctored, said it would be “very, very time consuming and very hard”.

There is even a mole seen on the man in the video that they notice on R.Kelly from pictures from that time frame. Not looking too good for Mr.Kelly right about now, his lawyers better be on point.

Four key witnesses on Wednesday (May 21) positively identified the allegedly under-aged girl depicted in the notorious R. Kelly sex tape as the woman prosecutors claim she is. Simha Jamison, 24, testified in the Chicago courtroom that she and the alleged victim were best friends for about 10 years and that she recognizes her as the person seen in the tape. She also said that she and the alleged victim used to visit Kelly at his recording studio starting when they were 12 years old, adding that her friend introduced the R&B singer to her as her ”godfather” and that he would often give her friend cash gifts between $100 and $500.

Not looking too good for R.Kelly, he must have some tricks up his sleeve.

Jury selection was completed at R.Kelly’s child pornography trial Thursday amid contentious exchanges between prosecutors and defense attorneys, who accused each other of trying to stack the panel along racial lines.

The jury consists of eight whites and four blacks. The four alternates are two blacks, one Hispanic and one white. Defense attorneys objected several times as prosecutors used challenges to have blacks dismissed from the jury pool.

A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial that she had a three-way sexual encounter with Kelly and the allegedly underage girl shown in the video at the heart of the case. As part of the case, prosecutors claim to have identified the girl in the videotape. This alleged victim is now in her 20s. Kelly’s lawyers plan to argue — and the alleged victim will reportedly testify — that she is not the girl in the tape.
