This case is making national headlines, I find the story interesting. Things like this happen all the time but now with social media these heinous crimes come to light. When I see a female is drunk(wasted) I have no interest in any sexual relations with her, if anything I want to make sure she gets home safe. Interesting to see how the media sympathized with the guilty football players and how people there looked at it as a joke.
Should people that record this crime on their phone be charged with a crime?

im glad u kept it a hunnit cause truthfully there aint no right or wrong answer.. its a case by case basis.. cause some bitches will put u in a position where u damn near breaking the law but thats just how they like their relationships.. sure we all see the footage and get outraged but u never know how it got to this point!! i know bitches that will set u up and record u doin whatever to them after they popped their own molly and then black mail u knowin the general public will sympathize with 2 seconds of footage vs what happened the whole day or previously in the week..my 2 cents
Why are their parents not on trial? These kids are all 16. They were all trashed. They made TERRIBLE decisions, but why were they even allowed to be in this position? It’s disgusting how neglect is being completely overlooked and children and having their lives ruined. 16 year olds becoming famous for rape? Holy shit. There are female teachers in every state fucking 13 year old boys, but they only get a day of infamy. Whenever it’s a male or a person of color there are headlines and extended coverage.

If a girl is too drunk to say yes don’t do it. The absence of consent is as good as a No. Parents also should be held accountable ins some way for these underage kids being drunk, and engaging in risky business.
This case was brought to national attention by the hacker group Anonymous, when the local police and school board tried to sweep it under the rug.
Who ever was there and witnessed this should be charged. The police let them go because they agreed to testify against the 2 guys which i think is ridiculous.

Just like Dmoney said, if she’s to drunk the absence of consent is just as good as a no. Men need to be aware of what constitutes rape. Just don’t put yourself in that situation.
i personally feel everybody made terrible decisions and they should all be held accountable. boys and girls. teen boys hormones are outta control and will lead any decision they make, they will touch anything. teen girls dont exercise good judgement and common sense safety to avoid putting themselves in this position so often.
