Ross is a horrible story teller. He has no plot structure. A story has a protagonist, an antagonist, and an awareness moment that leads to some sort of transformation. Rick Ross always wins without resistance in his raps. He illustrates the same tired scene of this untouchable mob boss figure who never fails at anything. Add that to the fact that he’s a fraud and you have a trash artist. Nas, Andre 3000, Slick Rick, Ghost and Rae, Em, and Common are examples of real storytellers.
