This is awful…I mean I’m the biggest Drake fan and Take Care did show growth from Thank Me Later but I’m sorry Life Is Good should of won. Not because Nas hasn’t won a Grammy but for pure fact it was a better album. Not only was Life is Good more recent then Take Care but from lyrics, overall content and song for song it was a better album. You mention replay value well “Promise” and “Look What You’ve Done” don’t have replay value at all on Take Care. Life Is Good is a sure classic and is Nas best album since God Son which came out 10 yrs ago. This is a damn shame. And the fact Nas can’t win for an uplifting song like Daughters over “Niggas In Paris” I mean I get that win by Jay & Kanye but think of the perception and overall message between the two songs. No wonder they’re such a lack for depth and variety in Hip-Hop!!!!
