    Weezy ain’t whack, he’s just an over saturated artist. Carter 1 & 2 classics, even if some1 ghostwrote carter 1. Carter 3 solid. Plus 90′s classics, best to retire tho after his next one, should make sure it ain’t garbage.

    off of his second album, “Lights Out” 2000. I know most Lil Wayne stans don’t go back past the Carter album.

    People may not like wayne anymore, neither do I as much(musically). But ya’ll stop hating on the dude and recognize, at one point most likely around 2007-2009. EVERYONE liked atleast one song by Weezy, even if you didnt like rap. Have respect for the guy. He has acheived so fucking much and he just turned 30. He can retire at 30 with MILLIONS. That is something to be very proud of regardless how you got there. Let the middle school and high school kids keep loving it. Atleast someone likes his shit

    Ya’ll can hate on Lil Wayne but you can’t deny his influence on music and this culture. From the way rappers even construct their lines. His work ethic is unmatched, he could’ve ended up like any other “hot boy” but he hustled to get to where he’s at. Best rapper? Maybe not. One of the best? Yes. Keep it real Wayne changed music. He’s one of the best artist of this century

    I think he will retire. Wayne is completely irrelevant in the game. Think about it, Wayne isn’t even the best artist on YMCMB right now. Drake, Nicki, and Tyga have all surpassed him. Wayne has not been the same since he came out of jail. My personal belief is that Wayne had Nicki and Drake ghostwriting for him prior to 2010 and ever since they’ve come out Wayne has fallen off significantly.
