see this is what i was saying. when is the last time u saw cass getting interview by ANYBODY??? thats all meek is sayin is that he dont wanna be the reason cassidy is getting breakfast club interviews, hot97 interviews. i havent heard anything relevant from cassidy in 10years. i know cassidy is a beast and he is more lyrical than meek, but there is nothing to gain for meek to battle.
if u listen to the interview cassidy is saying he dont wanna battle no URL rapper. so cassidy thinks he too big to battle a URL rapper, but he gotta a problem wit meek saying he should get himself hot before they have a battle? meek is getting spins TODAY, cassidy no spins in alot of years so meek doesnt wanna be his come up.
i really dont care about the platinum single plaque u have from 10yrs ago. means nothing to me today. just the fact that breakfast club had an interview wit him solely because of meek mill should let cass know that meek is popular right now and he isnt. so meek will gain nothing from battling him, and cass will gain more of this attention.

You can make as many excuses for that coward Meek that you want. Cassidy put 100k up to battle and Meek backed down, end of story. If he wants more money put up Cassidy would probably put a Milli up. Now since Meek album went cardboard, and he still owes the label. I’m sure he can use that extra money. He won’t do that because Cass will bite his damn head off.
The issue isn’t whether he is making him hot. A battle is a battle and he doesn’t want it with Cassidy. He’s scared. SIMPLY PUT.
If meek never wanted cass to get up off his name why did he try engaging him in a long drawn out twitter war. Meek is the rapper that just came out with a new CD that sold less then anticipated with all the marketing and promotion all but over. I think Cass is just an opportunist taking what was offered to him by what seems to be a rapper that cant stop calling out his name and blatantly disrespecting him.
Cassidy would eat Meek in a battle. Rap battles aren’t about who’s selling more, who has a bigger buzz or who has the most money. It’s about skill, plain and simple. And that’s the problem with hip-hop today. Whenever they fell threatened they jump to the money and album sells argument. Or worse, they immediately bring up the alleged shooters on their team. Meek knows damn well what would happen if he battled Cass. He’d get his head bit off and what’s left of his career ended. So he’s gonna keep his distance and keep talking about money and buzz because he knows that he doesn’t have the skill to take out Cass on wax.
