Funny how nigga run 2 diss bow wow n comment on negative BS but nobody showed this love or respect smh. Niggaz aint Real.
its because this story is semi old B.. its been on other sites for a few days now, nuttin left to say.. and we shouldnt be surprised by this!! our people are behind 95% of the inventions that has america where it is today.. even tho your history books dont tell u that..
I scrolled past the Bow Wow story and there were 23 comments there and 0 here. This is a great story, thanks for posting it.
When black realized entertainers are just entertainers and are of 0 importance in the real world and we begin praising, admiring and looking up to people like this… our community will be much better off… but to be fair, this entertainment obsession is not only in our community, it has become an American problem
dont do that bruh.. i know the dude above made u feel like u had to say sumn great here but dont do that.. you should have never started wit the black comment, only to turn it around and say well yea its not “only” a black problem.. if u knew that while typing, erase that first statement dawg.. lol and to counter what u saying.. entertainment has a huge importance in black history!! it was all they gave us to even the playing field years ago!! they stole everything else from us and profited off of it.. but because they couldnt shoot the ball, or run as fast or dance like we do… they let us have that, i know u see Gucci mane and waka flocka and think what a waste… but dont forget Sammie Davis, and Bill Cosby and Josephine Baker.. without them, u dont have a Barack Obama or even a Condoleeza Rice (if you can call her black) because they never woulda seen us as equals.. no reason to ever sit down and have a convo wit “the help”.. didnt mean to talk your ear off.. but i had to correct that nonsense
@RealTalkFromARealNigga1 lol damn bruh…. how many sites do you go to
“its because this story is semi old B.. its been on other sites for a few days now, nuttin left to say”
and yes, we should be impressed by this b/c our Black American community is and has been in trouble and there are too many that are impressed by Jay-Z’s rap skills or 50 cents business acumen then are impressed by meaningful intelligence
Also, I’m assuming the first person’s comments were in moderation b/c when I commented on this story there were actually 0 comments for me to read from. Your line of thinking is part of the reason our black people are in trouble Condoleeza Rice is black and let me throw in Colin Powell another Black Repub you may run off and deny. I don’t agree with their positions but I don’t ostracize them either. And you are wrong to name entertainers and say without them we have no Condoleeza Rice, you are a classic coon lol Condoleeza received her PhD at 26 years old and was well on her way into politics before the Cosby Show showed blacks in a new light on Television.
Finally don’t compare Bill Cosby and some of these other black entertainers to Hip Hop and Rappers, is there some positive hip hop out there, yes, ofcourse but overall its poison that is not representative of the black community. Black Culture is bigger than HipHop and when we realize that, we’ll be better off. Listen to rap and enjoy the art but to put stock in it or any of its artists is a mistake.
sounds like u missed my whole point.. its bigger than hip hop is what im saying.. your original statement spoke on entertainers!! now you’ve dumbed it down to rappers.. dont make sense my guy, sure condoleeza was here b4 the cosby show.. but i brought up josephine baker and sammie davis jr… people who were actually puttin blacks in a position of power long b4 condoleeza or any other blacks could think about a PhD my dude!! READ B4 YOU GET OFFENDED!! Blacks couldnt even really vote until 1965.. josephine baker started dancing around the 1920′s.. Where was colin and condoleeza in 1920 bro? yea i thought so.. as i said b4, entertainment gave us a way to no longer be seen as just the help, and that we could actually bring something to the table which allowed some of our most prominent black people to get where they are today… and as for how many sites im on, im grown and i pay for this internet.. so if i wanna surf 2million sites dont you think i should as long as im paying for it? oh ok.. and also i never said i had a problem with condoleeza.. but we both know the stigma attached to her and her name, thats why i said IF YOU can call her black, because i didnt know if you were one of those people who thinks she sold-out.. but thanks for asking what i meant instead of just assuming *sarcasm*
This is a nice little story I might have to post this up on FB. I hope he doesn’t let this little exposure go to his head and he uses it to get an education.
@onblast meaningful intelligence? So your saying 50 Cent’s business moves or Jay-Z’s music have nothing to do with “meaningful intelligence”? Those kind of people set the bar to a standard of where people interested in those fields know they have to bring it to get to that level. It also makes alot of folks realize they are not the next Jay-Z or Lil Wayne.
The number of people (especially black people) who waste their lives trying to “make it big” by rapping is actually really low. There are way worse influences in black communites that affect our youth like drugs & violence.
smh at that onblast guy.. im not sure if he’ll ever understand what he just typed
GENIUS…PURE GENIUS…MUCH LOVE TO HIM AND PEOPLE LIKE HIM….GOD BLESS US ALL
I agree, 50 business moves and Jay’s music have more to do with talent than meaningful intelligence. What this kid is doing is taking his mental talent and applying it so it aids people other than himself. Jay and 50 and other rappers help themselves and their friends once they are rich then they give back to communities and in return get tax cut incentives. This kid’s main goal is to help his people. While you may argue that Jay and 50 inspire people that come from the hood to do more, I would say this kid is more inspiring as he comes from a situation 10000x worse than any NY, Chi-Town, NO, Compton etc etc hood in the country, he is from below the bottom and is showing that you don’t have to peddle drugs, glorify “thuggin” as Jay, 50, and other rappers do or have done on their way to the top. So we should salute and praise this kid while I think we should just enjoy and listen to Jay, 50 and the like.
genius pure genius
There’s a hood in every city but it is not the same, that being said Jay nor 50 can’t relate 2 this kid on many different lvls. Regard less if this is old or not i just seen it. I’m sure they’re many more who haven’t seen it, I’m going 2 spread the word.
I actually like what you’ve acquired here, really like what you are saying and the way in which you say it. Jones sabo the builder this carlo sal karzai’s com [www.roadbikers.it]
