Known as “Lil Mouse,” the baby-faced rapper repeatedly drops “F” and “N” bombs in a music video that glorifies sex, drugs and violence. At one point, an adult male gets behind the teen and makes it look like the teen is holding the gun. On popular music video sites, the teen, who allegedly lives in Roseland, is being promoted as the “13-year-old rapper from the Wild, Wild Hundreds.”
“This warrants an investigation,” said Che “Rhymefest” Smith, a Chicago rapper who ran a spirited but unsuccessful campaign for alderman in the 20th Ward. “This has clearly crossed over into child pornography when you have a 13-year-old child rapping about sex and about violence and drug selling. “We find that artists who glorify death in Chicago are being rewarded,” he said.

At some point you have to draw the line, a thirteen year old rapping about drugs, sex and violence is ridiculous. I think he needs to drop a track about Puppy love and do his, “Money Dance.” Can they say the same about Chief Keef who is only 16?

Aint shit new … go listen to BG & Lil Wayne – True Story.
Lil Wayne was 12.
You said it ‘Fest! People need to listen to HIM more often.
Sad thing is, I tell folks in my city (less than 100 miles from Chi-Town) about this, and they’re like “Who’s Rhymefest?”
To say this is child abuse is silly. What it is, is the sad reality of children growing up on the streets of chicago and places elsewhere. It saddens me to see and hear of the negativity surrounding young kids these days. hardest part about it is that this kid is 13 years old and is more than likely to practice what he preaches. Crazy.
This is what the kid is seeing in his neighborhood. He probably doesn’t do anything that he “glorifies” but at the end of the day it’s not his fault that this is his environment. People are so quick to judge what he’s doing but have you offered him any applications for a summer program to keep him off the streets? I think not. Who ever raised him needs the finger pointed at them but who can do the finger pointing not me, you, or Rhymefest. But shame on his producer because the song is horrible.
the stuff he rappin about is really whats going on across america at his age
@whattheheck
i do think its child abuse, similar to dog fighting being animal abuse. the dog or child doesnt know any better and is raised to fight or act ignorant.
i cant blame the kids i gotta blame us. the label supply it, we demand it, if we didnt demand it, the label would not supply it. if we all boycotted chief keef this kid will fade away.
like 4real the jews in nyc just rented out the mets stadium citifield to discuss how internet shit is fucking wit they way of life and how the operate, how the blogs share information that used to be only shared thru the rabbi who had all the power, how the porn is ruining the morals and marriages etc. the filled the fuckin stadium to get a hold on what could be a big problem.
i hate and envy them at the same damn time
I’m from the West-Side of Chicago these lil kids really act like this 90% of everything you saw in his video was true that riding around with that chick was obviously false but these lil kids shoot and kill out here….They’re not learning anything that improves them for the long run. I give parents most of the blame…I strongly dislike the hip-hop scene in my city, it’s full off haters and copy-cat fake ass trap rappers. They all have dreads and make songs that’s hot for 2-3 months…I’m also a artist and it’s tough getting accepted out here when you don’t sound like Chief Keef. That’s why i’m very thankful for youtube. No one wants to see you make it here.
^^^ but you have a Val Venis screen name, so I’m guessing you like that fake trap rap…
so either you’re a hypocrite or your favorite wrestler is Val Venis.
At first you niggas say it’s only entertainment… then when it gets too much you wanna say it’s sad that it the youth blah blah blah… can’t stop the fire when it’s a forest fire
newjackswizzy.bandcamp.com / Youtube.com/newjackswizzy (The real is back…)
RTLA you compare a wrestlers name to a 13 year old kid talking about killing people. God bless you…
The reality of it is that whether it is what he sees or not, as a parent, u cannot allow your child to parade around rapping about this foolery. It signifies glorification and if he did not have the support of his parents, this would not be happening. My parents would nearly kill me if I attempted anything like this, money being made or not and this is the issue here.
U know this is pretty sad to see. This kid is rapping about things he has no idea of. U know im a rapper myself. But if my parents heard me say the things he says in his raps I would be in quite a bit of trouble. If he gets signed and rich. I will be blown away. There are plenty other artist out there that deserve a chance of success. I might just write a rap to dis him.
fuck u all . when i was thirteen i knew everything so dont go around talking like he doesnt know what he is talking about ofcourse u haters wouldnt know because u live in big house and eat three square meals a day
If that what you know you would talk about the same thing
People are all talk if the youmg kid dont make it as a rapper then what else you think he gone do exactly what he rapping about. Who’s gone offer him a better opportunity. Nobody. All people are gone to do is say how wrong it is for him to be rapping adout the things he’s raping about but no one has a solution of what’s go io ng on around him in his neighborhood. Im not sayin what the youngster is rapping about is so great but thats what is really going on around him its what he sees everyday when he steps outside his home. Unfortanitly he cant control that but he is tring to capitalize on it and you cant knock him because at the end of the day even if he doesnt let you know whats happening around him in his hood its gone keep happening without somebody exposing it to the youth as youn as he is he’s showing the world what most young people in his neighbor hood are exposed to every day. Now what is the solution to the problem. That should be the focus just my opinion I lived in roseland and understand your vent lil mouse good luck in your career hope you make it out of the concrete jungle
well i think some things should be to yourself and think that you an arist
