For self defense? Case will get thrown out he was attacked. They paint Trayvon as a saint so we can have a hate crime on our hands. The truth will come out at court. At least there is a trial, I can’t disagree there.. To let a shooting like this go with no trial, bad choice.
Who was attacked? zimmeraman was the one that attacked trayvon,trayvon was defending him self,he was not the aggressor in this situation.There’s a reason why zimmerman has been charged with 2nd degree murder,there not gonna charge someone 2nd degree murder just to do it,there had to be hard evidence that proved that it wasn’t self defense on zimmerman part.
He’s probably going to walk. I find it strange that they didn’t bother to also charge him with manslaughter, that way if the circumstances become muddled and the jury doesn’t agree with the murder charge they can still convict him of something and have him serve time. It’s common practice in most cases, but here they chose not to, that’s suspect.
