Gotta give Ross credit. You can call him a fake all you wan’t but you can’t say this man didn’t work hard. He built a brand from the ground up (2 of his artist are on the list), had some hot features and had a seizure and bounced back nicely. Also Ross is the only artist in the top 5 that didn’t try to go the pop route. He stayed true to himself and the genre.

In all seriousness this is a good list. This list is put together by sales,concerts,hype and impact. I personally think that this list is valid. Ross one hands down. And Jay being 6 is understandable due to without WTT he was kinda no where. Cole,Lamar,Two,Tyga,Game, Ti, MGK are all nice and better than these people but they dont sell or have that common house name like the people on the list

Kanye is #3 and Jay is #6 but they did the same exact thing over the past year O_O If one of the criteria is sales and Ross hasn’t sold shit his entire career much less the last 365 then he should at least be dropped one spot down, same for Meek and no J. I mean u guys have to realize this isn’t a best MC list but a hottest but the question is what defines a hot mc? Obviously selling records doesn’t mean ur hot. J.Cole and Wiz sold the most records for any MC with a debut album last year 500K and 600K respectfully so how does Big Sean get the 8th over Wiz and Wale over J.Cole now don’t get me wrong Wale had a big year but was he really hotter then J.Cole?????
