   honestly not a huge basketball fan over here but that dunk was slick. so what’s the deal? you can’t look at your defender after successfully making a shot/drunk/etc. Thought that was part of the game. Since when did “taunting” become such a negative aspect within sports. Seems like the likely result of competition.

   Yes, that deserves a technical. You can’t be mugging at the defender. That’s how fights start. You can only express yourself towards the fans and your teammates and not towards the opposing team.
