Chris Paul’s agent informed New Orleans Hornets officials on Wednesday that his client will not sign a contract extension and wants to be traded to the New York Knicks, league sources told Yahoo! Sports. Nevertheless, the prospects of the Hornets executing a trade with the Knicks appear to be dim, if not impossible. The Knicks simply don’t have the trade assets that come close to meeting New Orleans’ criteria for a deal.

Rondo is Shaq’s boy, I understand this comment even though hes wrong. I like 2 and 3 stars on one team That’s how it use to be when it was like a hand full of power teams & then some regular teams. This is the leagues fault for being greedy. They expanded the league putting teams in small markets and expecting a player who wants to win to spend his entire career there just to come up short and be considered a disappointment. The fact of the matter is the league can cut 4-6 teams and the NBA would be way better. Small markets now have revenue sharing so they should worry about where players want to play.
Dont complain about allstar teams. Back in the day the Nba had a lot of allstar teams. Niggas need to tell those other unknown players to step it up and be somebody. I mean really what you in the nba for if your not trying to be the best?
agree with youngspielberg.. plus this is the players way of saying fuck a small market team, they are the ones who basically had the lockout going this long, they were tired of big teams like the lakers having unlimited money to attract stars while they struggle to make the playoffs year after year.. i like it, its the way the league used to be and now lets get back to that
NY barely has any pieces to make the deal. He won’t be in a Knicks jersey until after free agency next summer.
