I think what the problem is, you do not know how to have fun or what to do wituoht your friends. This is probably why you stay online all the time and have nothing else to do. You need to realize that, life isn’t going to get any better for you if you don’t get off that Internet for some time. Why don’t you meet your friends in person take up some activity ride a bike with them, play some sport you all enjoy, walk to the park or just sit and paint or draw or write poetry or anything that will help you stay fit and talented you probably don’t have any siblings (just guessing) but if you do, then why not play or do something with them? Help your Mom in the kitchen or have some girl-talk! Help your Dad fix the new broken thing or do some daily chores like cleaning the garage, taking out the trash no one will blame you for being of use Remember Life is JUST TOO SHORT to be stuck on the Net all day long.Have Faith in God and Yourself.Hope this helps!
