what do ppl actually think of this guy over there in the states? cz i jus came back from california nd i didnt hear a single thing from dis dude over there
@boss, never heard of him until this post no offense but it is going to take a lot for a UK rapper to breakthrough over here in the states, not hatin but its just the way it works.
Drake (from Toronto) was able to do it because he is a pretty decent rapper (I hate that singing shit) and he doesn’t have an accent that we can’t relate to. Its not that the accent is horrible its just something we can’t relate to because there are not a lot of Brits here in the states making music, its a little jarring.
Keep doin what ya’ll do, eventually somebody will breakthrough it may not be through rap first though.
Chipmunk is an okay guy back here, but there are a lot of better guys in the UK:
