With 2010 coming to an end, RealTalkNY takes a look at the top 5 beefs in Hip Hop that kept us entertained this year. Leave your thoughts on the beefs below.

MC Hammer - Better Run Run

Cause: MC Hammer was, "So Appalled," by the following line from Jay-Z, "I lost $30 million, so I spent another 30, 'cause unlike Hammer $30 million can't hurt me." MC Hammer first expressed his anger by throwing shots at Jay-Z on twitter and linking him with the Devil. He then went on to drop one of the worst rap diss videos ever with, " Better Run, Run."

Result: Jay-Z went on to say he was shocked about the diss and that he actually praised MC Hammer in his book, "Decoded." At this point MC Hammer decided to fall back and the laughable beef was over.

Cause: During the peak of Kat Stacks' popularity she released a video claiming Soulja Boy does cocaine. Fabolous brought it up in during a Hot 97 freestyle saying, "Pretty boy swag but never coke my nose though." Soulja Boy went on a tirade on twitter in response saying:

One of my followers tell me why these old new york rappers thats washed up mad at my generation? why tryna beef with the youth? thats dumb." all I got say is if not "hot" or can't "rap" why this fuck boy got my name in his mouth. I ignore dis foo like 5x before this. fuck that. If you send some niggaz to spray me @myfabolouslife at least I die I real nigga. fuck you boy

. 50 Cent took to twitter to say, "leave him the f*** alone before somebody get hurt." The climax was one night when Soulja Boy was tweeting disses on twitter, and then Fabolous came on twitter and SB deleted his comments. When Fabolous said he was going to sleep, Soulja Boy started again, but Fab came back and Soulja Boy stopped once again lol.

Result: Fabolous & Soulja Boy Officially End Their Beef during a radio interview. No one expected anything serious from this but it was funny while it lasted.

Cause: Rick Ross took over the clubs and Hip Hop this summer with his hit, "B.M.F." The song mentions, Big Meech, who later cosigned the song. But, "Young Jeezy," who was affilaited with, "BMF," wasn't too happy about the track and released his own version that stated, "You don't know the crew,Are you part of the fam? Shit, I never knew."

Young Jeezy - Death Before Dishonor

Rick Ross responded with, "The Summer's Mine," and said in interviews he didn't understand the beef.

Result: This beef has still never been resolved.

Beanie Sigel Disses Jay-Z & T.I.

Cause: This beef started in 2009 with Beanie Sigel feeling like Jay-Z wasn't there for him like he should of been. Beanie Sigel also stated Jay-Z was taking shots at him on the low. Beanie Sigel vented in 2010 performing an, "Already," remix throwing Jay-Z under the bus. Beanie Sigel also vented in interviews like the one below.

Beanie Sigel & King The Hood Savior drop another diss, "Haters"(Jay-Z & Kanye Diss)

Result:These long times friend appear to be no closer to resolving their issues with Jay-Z dropping subliminal lines like, "all I see is these n-ggas I’ve made millionaires, milling about, spilling there feelings in the air." Jay-Z never squashed the beef with Damon Dash so I don't see this one ending either.

This beef was building up for a while, as Nicki Minaj proceeded to blow up in 2010. Lil Kim felt Nicki Minaj was constantly taking subliminal shots at her through out the year and copied her whole style. Lil Kim spoke on Nicki Minaj not paying homage and taking shots at her during interviews. The beef climaxed when a track from Nicki Minaj's, "Pink Friday," leaked by the name of, "Roman's Revenge." The track is obviously going at Lil Kim with lines like:

So f*** I look like gettin’ back to a has-been?
You outta work, I know it’s tough, But enough is enough
Got some ***** out in Brooklyn that’ll off your top

Lil Kim then vented saying she will erase Nicki Minaj's social security during a club appearance in Nicki's hometown Queens. Lil Kim then went on to drop a diss track, "Black Friday."

Result: These two have not settled the beef and Lil Kim said she will not take her foot off of Nicki Minaj's neck. Although she would do a track with her for seven million.
