Waka — real name Juaquin James Malphurs — is on probation in Georgia for possessing a sawed-off shotgun. Cops tell us he violated probation by leaving the state. Waka will be held without bail at the Houston County Jail until his court appearance in a few weeks.

One minute he is chilling with Diddy at a video shoot and the next he’s locked up. He better not follow the lead of his mentor Gucci Mane and make prison his second home.
Real Talk it’s only March and Waka Flocka has been shot, robbed, punched in the face and now locked up, someone needs to step in and save the rest of his year.
