1) There’s a song on the disc called “Fireworks” that has the greatest beat ever. Drake has this sidekick producer called 40, and he’s talented. I met him as well this afternoon and he’s also a good kid. He’s about to be very, very busy. “Fireworks” has a hook on it courtesy of Kings of Leon. It’s catchy.
2) There is a Kanye West–produced track on the album that comes with a story. The track was made by Kanye for Beyonce, but Drake really wanted it so he wrote her a handwritten letter asking if he could use it. She read it and thought it was sweet and e–mailed him to give her permission. It’s a great track.
5) He sings on a bunch of tracks on the album.
6) This Saturday Drake will be in L.A. doing a track with Dr. Dre and Eminem.

I can’t really say this album is great. All the hype made me expect a classic album and it’s nowhere close to that. Hip hop hasn’t had a classic since Get Rich and the Black album. This generation needs to hold there artist to higher standards and stop support half done work. Dre recorded over 100 songs for the Chronic. Nas listened to over 300 beats to create Illmatic. Jay really doesn’t have to prove his self anymore because Reasonable Doubt, Vol2, The Blueprint, and The Black Album speak volumes, and the dude is 40. It’s time for the youth to step up to the plate and make some fucking music before the death of the genre we know as hip hop. Drake is creative and is able to do better than what he has chosen to release as an album. He has some high point like Up all night but over all the album is okay not great, classic, or nothing of the sort. And everybody that is on this site supporting this cat is saying they want to hear the next one. This might seem harsh to you young fellows out there but it’s real. Big and Pac where leaders and without them we would have not seen the greatness of other artist who had to step there game up to survive. I read a interview from Jayz and he said when he heard who shot ya he went straight to the lab and got to work, cause he had to step his shit up. And that’s all I’m saying take your music serious and personal. Artist will work harder if you stop giving accolades when they don’t deserve it. I’m still listening to old shit I want to hear something new. If your young check out these classic albums and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
