50 should take a look at this interview. He might be able to learn how to give a insightful interview for once. J. Cole is a beast on a lyrical side of things.

I still bump WARM UP mixtape…real talk!!!

based on their mixtapes, Drake will probably have an album with more HITS (maintream shit), but J.Cole is the one who can make a CLASSIC ALBUM!!

man this dude just might be in my top 5 before its all said and done. not only on the music tip hes almost like a real rap role model he thinks before he speaks he doesnt say crazy shit to get a response. seein him makes me proud to say i am a fan of rap. one of the few rappers where if you said something negative it really is just hating and not critiquing

    Cosign Hi Hater…

J Cole is the future in respects of being the closest MC out to possibly replicate a Nas journey. I can see J Cole releasing a 2010 new age Illmatic type of album in his own right. I mean that as being a young dude speaking against the grain, ahead of his time, and in a way that is perpendicular to what his peers are doing. Rappers these days are all going in the same direction using different maps to get there. J Cole doesnt care about that. He can use the same type of attention that “those” type of rappers are getting, but his message and modus opporendi is much different in a unique and much appreciated way. He is a writers MC. Any amateur lyricists can definitely appreciate J Cole’s music because he lays out his message in a way that is inspirational, very well constructed and injects enough truth without sounding too preachy. Much success, Cole.

  10. Da Business Says:

    smart man

  11. Mo Says:

    J. Cole>Drake

But that’s just my personal opinion.

I went to school with him (SJU) lol…actually never knew he rhymed…and really never hung with him…I was 2 or 3 years his Sr. at the time…I think I was Jr. and he was a freshman…

The guy is extremely talented…I really think…he’s more lyrical than Kanye when Kanye was on college drop out…like he’s street and also he spits hot shit…like he’s flow is on point too…

I love when he was like every lady ain’t no queen blah blah that’s real talk…I’m glad Jay-Z has him on tour..and I really believe Jay sees something in this kid…

I’m also hoping that he’s absorbing and learning from this tour…on how to perform and give shows…how to put together an album…etc….how hard he has to grind to keep him self relevant in the game…etc…

The rap game has changed….now is very into performances as oppose to just you can spit…now you have to put together a package..which is good……J. Cole’s album is going to sick…

  12. Rick-E Says:
