More about Product (Bio)…
Adolfo Carrillo aka Product was born on June 10th, 1981 in Southeast
Washington D.C to Honduran born Teodula Lopez and Salvadorian born Sabino
Carrillo. Prior to this and after years of struggle in their respective
countries, both parents immigrated to Washington D.C. in 1978, where they
would meet and later give birth to Product. It was in 1981 when Product was
born into the world to begin the search for the American Dream.
At the age of six a cousin introduced him to Rock and Roll intuitively
spurring Product’s interest in becoming a drummer. He would spend hours on
end mimicking drummers while watching MTV in hopes to one day be in a band.
Product’s musical aspirations took a different path later when at the age of
14 a friend exposed him to Dr. Dre’s The Chronic. It was that epic
evolution that inaugurated his development into a DJ, then a producer, and
eventually the incomparable artist he is today.
During his high school years, Product would be known as the quiet
overweight boy who would always walk around with headphones. The music
emitting from the tiny speakers were all too often the creations of Nas,
Jay–Z, Biggie, and Cannabis. Product would revise their rhyme techniques
which he would later embody into his ever developing musical styles.
Product’s energy and lyrical ingenuity enables his opus to meander
into a vast array of subject matter, without losing his integrity. With
issue ranging from success to failure, love and pain, the trials and
tribulations of life; all coupled with exciting and innovative libretto
creating vibrant imagery for the listener. In addition, Product experiments
with other genres of music; from reggaeton to rock, not limiting his
audience or musical capabilities, and still maintains a stronghold in his
origins of Hip Hop.
In essence, it is not complicated at all, to see why Product easily wins
over fans of all reaches of the world. With a distinctive voice and even
more personable demeanor, he is an instant hit in the music industry and a
direct description of a Total Artist.
It is time for a relevant face in Hip Hop: we present to you the Man Of
Renaissance…

cosign no 4…. That acronym just sounds so forced…. Spic please!!!
November 3rd, 2009 at 9:16 am
F?¢k. Just listen to the album and critique That. That is more relevant. You all chose the lesser. If he’s taking something negative turning it into something positive why does it matter? You all are just being negative. If he would have just said SPIC w/o the acronym it would be a bigger problem.
November 3rd, 2009 at 9:47 am
All u haters eat a green HIV pussy…listen to the album, put a dick in your ear and FUKK what you heard…. Hop off the dude and listen to good music

98% of the crap on datpiff is whack ass rappers like this, junk ass chopped and screwed remix albums of the remix.
Datpiff is composed of fake rappers and clothes. if you want to find a new good artist this isnt the right blog to be reading. RealTalk is best at reviewing and talking about active hiphop stars not finding new ones. Theres some real ny talk for dat ass
November 3rd, 2009 at 1:39 pm
he can name his album spic ..but nas couldn’t name his nigger ? ..maybe if he made his into a acronym like he did ..they would’ve let em …but then again , this is a mixtape tho ..soooo nevermind…and that first song sounds like that keri hilson ..”knock you down” joint with kanye ..but it’s dope as hell doe.
November 3rd, 2009 at 2:49 pm

Stupid People Im Cool
November 3rd, 2009 at 3:15 pm
i agree with #11 over the course of my life i’ve had several st bernards and by far this is my best one. i dont give a fuck about it though but i know it will save me in my time of need.
November 3rd, 2009 at 3:23 pm
can you say MI-I-SIX fuck!!!!!!
November 3rd, 2009 at 6:26 pm
first & foremost; the acronym has a story behind it. so before you judge somebody based off the title of their album, learn about them. & somethin else, he’s gonna succeed w|or w|out yall, real talk. congradulate a new artist. & be glad he’s bringin somethin new to the game. w|that being said; all you hatas can suck a HIV infected dick & die a slow & painful death =) DUECES! -[ A-SQUAD ! ]
November 3rd, 2009 at 6:28 pm
OH & another thing real quick; when i see one of yall get up on ya music game. & are out here producing your OWN music; writing your OWN lyrics; & doing things on YOUR own ; then you can have the audasity to speak about him & what he does. until then, step ya game up you simple fcks. & get a life.
November 3rd, 2009 at 7:06 pm
Well I’m gonna give homey a listen, but much like Nas’ NIGGER album, this is dangerously close to being misunderstood. Reminds me of 2Pac’s STRICTLY 4 MY N.I.G.G.A.Z (and for those of you that don’t know, shame on you)
N-never
I-ignorant
G-getting
G-goals
A-accomplished
I just hope he presents himself to the world as a man and not a SPIC or a NIGGA.
November 3rd, 2009 at 8:19 pm
I’m not even gonna listen to this mierda because of the title. Vete pal carajo mamon, you wanna cause controversy with an album title like that? You think Latinos will wanna listen cuz of that title? GTFO, NEXT!!!
November 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am
Don’t know who this guy is but he ain’t that smart.
SPIC = A highly offensive term referring to a Spanish-speaking person from Mexico, Central or South America, Spain, or Portugal
November 4th, 2009 at 12:54 am
its funny this nobody rapper has all these stans who are hiv-related. ya’ll are dumb, just as dumb as the RAPPER who couldn’t use words to come up with a better acronym than fucking superior people in charge. christ that sounds like something you’d hear in the 5th grade.
and no fuck his music if a lyricist can’t use words. what the fuck sense does that make?
November 4th, 2009 at 4:15 am

WOW…you sound like a 14 year old tough guy. With fans like you I’m sure he’ll be a big hit.
November 4th, 2009 at 10:19 am
WOW dude played himself. Some independent artists really believe that they got what it takes to do it all on their own. They don’t understand the power of marketing and how a GREAT marketing plan is what’s needed to jump start their careers in the right direction. This SPIC shit is jus a complete turn off…motha fuckas aint even gonna give it a listen cuz the intro is so corny and offensive.
November 4th, 2009 at 11:18 am
I aint mad at SPIC. Turning somthing negative into a positv. In an attempt to devalue the offensive nature behind the term.
Smart~Actually
Stand uP All Superior Persons In Charge
November 4th, 2009 at 1:03 pm
I’m disappointed in my city. We ARE Republican. We don’t respect or support anyone or anything until we HAVE to! I looked past the title just a I did with Nas’ N Word album. And I actually think dude is ok.

PUPUSAS!!!!!!!!!! ALL FUKIN DAY
November 4th, 2009 at 1:45 pm
Well I listened to this album and I actually think the guy is pretty decent, I have to give him props for even coming forth with his mixtape. So many people are intimidated by the public and their opinions but he had the balls to do what he wanted and how he wanted. I can’t really comment on the S.P.I.C. title because I don’t fully understand the dynamics of the controversy.
November 4th, 2009 at 3:20 pm
OKay, okay okay…so I ain’t listen to the album yet…but I’m gonna support it….why? Cuz this S.P.I.C. had the ballz to do this….FU** you haters… what’s the difference when Nas had the NIGGER album? It was to prove a point. I’m Latino and it doesn’t bother me (ESPECIALLY since he IS latino helloooooooo?) like for real yankees need to lighten up. Back home we would support our folks for turning negative to positive by showing how insignificant it is
what does that word do to you? Like really? be real…fukk outta here
