You know what niggas get killed every day. I tired of hearing about this cat in Chicago.. I read some $hit saying that the cat was actually involved in the fight from the beginning, and that he was part of a gang too, but just happened to get decent grades in school. Not saying it’s true and all, but damn… enough already. Shouldn’t take a video of some kid getting his a$$ whipped to get people to start trying to do something about the problem.

^^^ WELL DAMN!!! Wasn’t expect’n 2 hear the goon squad dump on my man’s positivity… But anyways… although I am over the Chicago situation, there’s always room for a word of encourage towards Black society, which is what I took his message as. As a culture we seem to breed negativity (the first 3 comments being a perfect example), and i’m no exception 2 the rule, so it’s always good if someone can help steer us in the right direction. Sometimes I wonder if Black people just enjoy being @ the bottom of the barrel… society’s scapegoat… If that’s the life you choose to live- MORE POWER TO YOU- but understand that when someone sees you act’n like a DAMN COON, they also see a 100 million other Black people- which is why they classify all of us as NIGGERS. ^^^

The fact that there are few comments on this says a lot. Something went wrong when being bad is looked at as the cool/good thing to do/be. I came from that, but I did not allow that to define me.
You can sit back and talk all the shit you want, but you only hold the key to making your future better. And we as a whole must be more supportive in making sure we all can move forward and make something of the historical time we are living in.
I’m getting mine legally, I have the nice clothes, shoes, and car. But that does not define, those are material things that i can afford to purchase, yet don;t impact my ability to save for the future. I had to learn via a few fuck ups in college, but I learned.
Until we actually show interest in doing more with our lives, we can only look within ourselves for our lack of progress.Nobody will read this shit, so no need o put more time in it, continue to do you and not pursue shit, there isn’t much to achieve down that road. By the time you see the faults, most times you let life pass you by.
