# 9, what a ignorant statement that was. People think just because Oprah is black,she should cater to every black person in America………….Wrong!!!

Tell me something, how many blacks have the opportunity to go on the Oprah show, or just sit in the audience and get the chance to win a free car or some other bs that Oprah gives away to people who are already in a position to have the best life has to offer. Oprah only came out of this shell when she felt obligated to support an African American male who was running for President. We don’t want Oprah catering to blacks, just be real and do what you been continuing to do and don’t sugar coat a culture that you didn’t want to deal with anymore when you got successful. #9 could’ve probably said it a little better as in “Oprah is now starting to show respect where respect is due, blacks have came a long way, no matter how you came, applaud yourselves that you made it rather it be politics, dope, rapping, education, etc. Man nothing in life is free and sometimes all we need is the support of our other successful black leaders but they still want to cater to hand that they think is feeding them.
