The thing with Jay, his sales stay somewhere to million and half sold every Cd. That is what you call consistency.
There are many muilti million selling artist. Many of those artist wouldn’t make a top 25 list. That shouldn’t always be the criteria of who is the best.

Gucci is real hip ho. He is a pure underground artist with very little radio play until recently and he place 6th on a list of so called greats. He is running the streets in cities all across the country. Jay copies his flow all over the Blueprint. Jay is a copy cat. Is not evolution is someone else does it first and he is never first to do anything. He waits to see what’s hot in the streets, then he adjust his flow and gets crazy radio play because of his sell out deals and them the dumb asses start to think he invented a new style i.e. Nas, Biggie, Mistical, UGK, Jezzy, Yezzy, and now Gucci. Itz obvious Weezy (Lil Wayne) be dominating the scenes currently and his lyrics have won him countless awards especially when he dominated and took home almost all awards in the BET 08 HiPHoP awardz & not forgeting the 4 grammys he took home with 8 nominations (most nominations in that year) On the other hand, Jay-Z broke his silence in 09 with the blueprint 3,remember BET 09 HiPHOP awardz, every one expected jay-z to take away most awards but ended up with one award (MVP of the year). Anyway, you even wonder how Lil Wayne thinks of the lyrics he spits ,he uses his creativity in his tracks!
