Beanie Sigel speaks with Charlamagne Tha God about his recent track, “Average Cat.” He speaks on jabs from Jay-Z on, “Already Home,” how members of G-Unit got more money than anyone in State Property because 50 Cent made sure they got paid(Jay-Z only paid Young Gunz $1250 a show and they had to split it). Jay-Z came to Beanie Sigel’s court hearing and was asked to take responsibility of Beanie’s whereabouts if he was lets go and Jay-Z said no. He says at powerhouse after Beanie Sigel performed with Jadakiss cops came out to make him leave the venue. Also speaks on Damn Dash taking bread from Beanie and said he can sue him for embezzlement.

Nobody ever got offered the oppurtunity that beans did, his own (music label S.P., movies, clothes, ect..) And all jay asked was for him to mature n leav the street shit alone. What people don’t understand is that 50 cents takes care of two people on his label (yayo,banks) both of which he knew since he was little. Im sure there are other people that were signed to g-unit that we never heard nothing about; Actually there are a few but I can’t remember their names right now. The only reason why fifty still takes care of those two guys is because they don’t have a mind of their own “whatever he says goes” and thats okay with them because he is the one feeding them. Jay takes care of bleek, but bleek is also trying to do his own thing; Bleek doesn’t get arrested every other day for stupid shit. This is a well calculated plot from Benie to capitalize off the success of another artist. As unfortunate as it is that he never lived up to his full potential, it is still sad that he has chosen to bite the hand that once fed (no matter how small) him.
I believe in diplomatic conflict resolution, and from what I have heard thus far, he never reached out to resolve this issue like men often do, instead he chose the radio. Benie must also understand that we are all responsible for our lives, and that oppotunities like the one he had comes once in a lifetime… It is a shame that he never took advantage of it – now who is to blame?

Ok, I agree with a lot of comments made on both sides. We all know Jay is not only a successful business man, artist, and emcee, but he’s also a grown man. He has his own life to live, his own responsibilities to deal with and his own career to maintain. It is not his responsibility to take care and watch over other grown ass men. He opened the doors for these n@ggaz & only certain ones had it in them to continue on, separating themselves from those things in life that hold them back rather that be the streets or what have you. When I first became a fan of Jay & the whole Rocafella clan I loved it because it was a conglomerate, an empire and most importantly somewhat of a family! I based the structure of my label on it in many ways because of those things. Ego’s…..I am so sure…. got in the way of it still be the success it was years ago. Biggs I’m sure had his own issues but Dame and Jay are fully to blaim, in their own way for why there really is no real Rocafella today. Jay had definitely gone Hollywood,,,, I am still a fan, and I enjoy SOME of his tracks, when I used to rock the whole cd, but I do believe his ego and some other things I shall not speak of got in the way of the whole movement & caused it to come to a complete hault. Dame was left to decide between continuing business as usual with no success or resort to some of his grimey antics which lead Beanie to believe he was stealing money. I wouldn’t put it past him which is why when we hear of Dame it’s involving money troubles. Them n@ggaz is sick,,,,and I’m sorry but I blaim Jay and his move to president of Def Jam.
You can’t compare Rocafella to G-Unit, Rocafella was ran by three men responsible for the happenings of many other artists, Fiddy was responsible for himself and 2,,,, at a time (G-Unit, then Game & Tony Yayo).
