too be honest with u i didn’t like it. I don’t think it’s bad i don’t think its horrible but im just not feeling it. The beat too much sounds like a typical r&b pop track with lil wayne on it.
I think it was smart to put lil wayne on it….only because hes popular not because i like lil wayne cus honestly i hate lil wayne. But he is popular so its a good look for him.
i don’t like this song tho. I wouldn’t play this in my house wouldn’t dance to it. I wouldn’t exited for the video and not because of what cb did just the simple fact that it suks.

I think he is asking what the hell those two lines mean and in what way they are affiliated with each other. Now, if the there is in fact a movie Tom Cruise plays a role in named “color of money” and in that movie he does something along the lines of shooting a pool shot of some sorts (the 8 ball i assume), then Jay Z is saying that relates to how he did/does put 8 balls (3.5g of whatever…) on corners (to his dealers to sell, obviously) then yeah this would make sense. But if the majority of that verse is not true than i have no idea what the fu*k it means. Just throwin it out there.

The Color of Money is a Tom Cruise movie where he is taught how to be a pool hustler. Very old movie, 80’s sometime, and yes that line in itself is amazing. And yes an 8 ball is the same thing as an 8th but more commonly refers to cocaine. Jay-Z also refers to it as an 8th in the song Reminder on BP3. Jay-Z is too smart for most of the people on the website because they aren’t old enough to understand what hes saying. He is truly one of the greatest of all time.
