I don’t like the cops. But as BLACK people you should damn well know what to do when you are stopped… This is my list. FYI for racist cops you still might get a gun pulled on you or hit. But this eliminates some of their excuses.

1. Car in park, with ignition turned off
2. Both hands @ 12 o’clock IMMEDIATELY!
3. Do NOT reach for anything, have your license in the center console as well as your registration (so you don’t have to reach in your back pocket or any pocket)
4. If you need to get out of the car for any reason… ASK THE DAMN IDIOT COP!
5. If the office ask “do you know why I stopped you” respond with a polite “idk”
6. Sign the damn ticket no questions asked!

If you are pulled over you are free to drive to a well lit or public area for safety… BUT! you have to call 911 and tell them “I am being pulled over by a police officer, i do NOT feel safe so I am driving to a well lit or public area”

I personally cosign having a police force in America. A few rotten apples will always continue to tarnish the reputation of their organization, no matter how just the cause. When people begin to stereotype and judge others based on another strangers actions, we all lose. Each man should be held accountable for his “OWN” actions, and this accountability doesn’t always need to be shared with his peers/colleagues.

Bottom line is, their are a lot of brave men who join law enforcement for the right reasons and do it to keep our civilian population secure. Not all police is bad.

I don’t know if his actions were racially charged. I do know that you do not give an officer lip and you certainly DO NOT get out of your car and stand up like that no matter how right you think you are. What that guy did was dumb plain and simple. He undermined that policeman’s power and authority in two admitted instances within seconds. He does not understand the dynamics of the officer civilian relationship. Most officers will poke you to see if you’ll give them lip. This man was admittedly under the influence most likely under the legal limit but still under the influence. I was recently pulled over by a black cop (I’m white) he was a complete as$hole he talked so much $hit to me and I didn’t say a thing. When it was all said and done he politely handed me a warning. Cops are on a fu&*ing power trip why do you think they want a job they could get killed doing. It ain’t the money.
