Drake has a previous injury to his leg that caused him to have to sit down while performing during the BET awards. Drake updated fans on his status with a twitter message below.

Drake talked to MTV earlier about his health:
“I didn’t really get any approval from my doctor, but I made a personal decision 48 hours ago that I’d be letting a lot of people down if I didn’t show up and at least show them I’m there for them,” Drake told MTV News on Sunday night at the Toyota Pavilion.
