Throwback Kanye Interview Talking About Sampling With Kenny Gamble


Kanye West and Kenny Gamble are interviewed at 103.9 FM The Beat by Colby Colb in February of 2004 prior to College Dropout Release.

FYI: Kenny Gamble produced several hits in the 70’s and is sampled on songs such as, “Can’t Be Life,” “What More Can I Say,” etc.

    Kanye was so shy that night, he was in awe of Kenny. We worked on that for a while and it was so hard to pull off. Thank you for posting.
