Jay-Z Actually Created A Track With Auto-Tune Before Dropping D.O.A.
Jay-Z says that the two recorded one track with Auto-Tune previously for “The Blueprint 3,” but once “D.O.A.” came about, they decided to scrap it. “After we made the ‘D.O.A.’ record about a month ago, we were like, ‘if it’s got to go, it’s got to go.’”

Hopefully someone leaks the track, if the song sounded like a major hit he would of dropped it instead of D.O.A. lol.

I could tell people think Jigga contradicting himself, but for real anybody will switch they shit up once something is played out. even Jigga himself admitted he did the autotune thing. people make it seem like he’s this underground it’s back to real hip hop savior. This rap game is all about balance and adapting. it’s just that you gotta put your twist too what you are adapting to, do what they do but flip it. adapting is apart of growth, but the trick to it is to never overadapt cause it works against you. get versatile put them styles together put your own recipe, just make sure it’s not like anybody else’s. same pot, different stew.

and to #24, I could tell you don’t listen to albums from beginning to end. I’m not knocking you, you probably just seen all the gloss that BIG and Jay and Pac had in the 90’s when they went all commercial and Nas was always lookin like he was the one struggling cause he don’t really do the party joints as the main single to his album (except for “you owe me” on the Nastradamus album) Nas had to adapt too.
I used to always think Nas was better and nicer than Jig until maybe like Jigga’s 3rd album dropped. I realized Jay-Z is just more relevant than Nas cause he got the club bangers and the jewels but Nas is only really good at conscious songs that hit the radio(if I ruled the world, hip hop is dead) and makin relevant club joints or shit for the car ain’t Nas’s lane. they both dope but it’s my opinion and I think other people would agree. Jigga got them choruses and Nas got them dope introspective songs, but I seen Jay-Z be more versatile close enough to BIG and Pac.

it says, jay created a song with auto-tune dat does not mean the whole song was in auto-tune , it didn’t say he was the one who was using it .. how do you know .. he didn’t have kanye or somebody else on tha hook using it … because he probably was going to use it for uh single ..you see the title and you ..just figured he was tha one who was using it ..and if jay is contradicting himself ..so is nas, … .nas screams hiphop is dead .. but he’s still dropping albums, and making music ? .. isn’t that like the same thing? …

Every rapper bites. Listen to the biggest names in the game ye’ and wayne you can hear both of them biting rakim (lil wayne all around the world), Common (Kanye Homecoming) Biting is common but in jay’s case his best lines arent bitten, particularly the track hovi baby.
