Also Rick Is a Consistantly Gold Selling Artist. Which means unlike our Guy Fiff the label spends less dollars to market him becuz they know his cieling (500 to 750k). Therefore he is prolly a Money maker 4 defjam be cuz his profit will out weigh his loses becuz the constrain his marketing dollar. However Fiff sales (However inpressive) have declined with evry release so his label prolly dumps
tons of money in his projects trying to recapture the 03 glory. So every one yelling flop may want to do so research on a P&L Sheet cuz if u give me a guy who always comes in number 1 first week (great for the company’s stock market look) and sales 500k over the course of a year with minimum marketing dollars need to be spent versus a once huge Artist using past glory and current dollars to “push” his next BIG record that will never perform like the 1st. Shit Gimmie Gold and profit over Fame and write offs any day. Thats how E1 is able to prosper Keep cost low and profit will occur. economics made simple.
