I can tell alot of you have not been following the case. You guys probably think he’s guilty of a murder but really he’s caught up on conspiracy charges. He was allegedly charged with in 2006, their was no doubt Max was gonna beat the case till the prosecuters used gina conway to implicate Max. Anyone would implicate someone for a lesser charge especially if your facing like. It’s a fact gina conway was caught in the crime scene. Their was no solid evidence to convict max so the prosecutions secret weapon was to use gina to peursade the jury. If you know anything on how court works you would know that you can have the best lawyer and be confident and have it completely shut down by the jury. Gina conway is a jilted lover, jelouse cause max had a child with another women and also took the plea deal.

If max is appealing, he’s appealing for a fair case or aquital which he has fair grounds to do.

Donedeal sounds more like whishful thinking. I have also followed this case and to me it was pretty clear from the very start with all the evidence that Max B would be going down. So I’m not surprised at all that he was found guilty of on 9 out of 11 counts. He has only himself to blame. When you act like a thug and surround yourself with other thugs then this is a situation you’ll end up in. Two people are dead because of this so R.I.P to them.
