Stack Bundles: Two Years Later
Hip-hop, more so than any genre, evolves so quickly that news regarding the music is considered “dated” minutes after it is released to the masses. Millions upon millions of minutes have passed since June 11, 2007, when Byrdgang member and Far Rockaway Queens native, Rayquon Elliot, better known to the hip-hop community as Stack Bundles, was gunned down as he entered his apartment building early that morning. With time has come healing, but the memory of Bundles, considered arguably the most talented member of Jim Jones’ Brydgang imprint, still illuminates brightly.
