wow, & the Drake hype machine continues, this was a 50 cent post. i see the most overhyped rapper (lil wayne) continues the legacy with the most overhyped protege (drake),

anyway. 50 cent got a point. people don’t wana dance every day of the week. or have every song on the cd be for the ladies.

what ever happened to a STREET SINGLE, that didn’t feature an rnb artist. good grief.

that’s why rappers like Jay-Z dropped DOA. like you dumb cats not gona disrepect the rap game we know. the vets know.

folks can says it’s the times or whatever, but everybody wouldn’t say it’s dead, if the industry was clearly not what it used to be. u think half these clowns out now would have made it like even 5 years ago, when cats like DMX were on top. really.

i’m 25 saying this. yeah these cats are the future, but the classic moments have passed.
