I’m old school hip hop and Jay-Z feels he’s the godfather of rap however true hip hop heads don’t listen to him. You have a young industry that listen to and look up to him however he is no longer relevant in hip hop it’s the media that makes him relevant. To stoop low to call out a form of music from guys u know and the fans fine entertaining is a desperate ploy to stay relevant. Where was Jay when Pac was getting at him directly and thru media….nowhere. Jay-Z is a coward and his fans are mainly crossover mainstream. Not racist but there’s something awkward when young white girls are singing your songs word for word unless the money is the driving force. As far as lyricism go’s Jay never made it off reasonal doubt. CHURCH!

Everybody has a right to their own opinion.. I know why autotune is hot… its selling…but its not music.. MJ the OJays.. none of them used autotune to death as the artist of this day and age…

auto tune sells but it also sets up artists for failure.. Keri Hilson… live performance was GARBAGE… autotune definitely had alot of us fooled.. but she proved to us that she could NOT sing.. and I think the autotuned had her fooled….I think she really thought she could sing…

Artist like Jay are in it for the love of music the the new artists are in it to get all the money they can while they can.. if auto tune ever disappears.. there are ONLy a few of the FEW that use autotune who will surive..

I ‘ll tell you like this.. music has seasons BUT.. JAY has survived them all.. and because he has such a LOYAL fanbase.. he will ALWAYS sell records..

Like it or DONT.. jay gotta a hit with that one struck quite a few nerves..
but if it bothered you than you are prolly one of the artist who will not survive the DEATH of AutoTune..

kanye was making hits and went PLATINUM Without autotune…Kanye Saw the autotune on the rise and switched the game up on y’all.. but after the auto-hype is over.. kanye can still make hits with out it..

Webstar sucks, Ron Browz sucks. Give them two turntables, an MPC and dare them to make a hit. Give them a live band to replay samples like the Death Row Records house band and dare them to make a hit. Autotune is a crutch, straight garbage. These kids looking at autotune as an easy payday, how bout they try to create somethin that’s gonna get you paid AND last for years to come. Regulators, mound up! Pop Champagne and Chicken Noodle Soup gonna be an afterthought like Rico Suave!

I was all about the DOA, but just like Webstar saying, I think he bitched up saying Weezy can use it. Like he’s scared.. to me it got way outta hand WHEN WAYNE STARTED USING IT, thinking that means he can sing and that he’s now an ‘Artist’..
