Unfortunately beautiful black women still get thrown under the bus regardless. I have heard people say they would date an overweight White, Latina, Asian etc than a beautiful bad black woman. I don’t care who you are but if you pass up, Meagan Good, Kenya Moore, Lisa Raye, Stacey Dash, Kerry Washinghton, Halle Berry, KD Aubert, Melyssa Ford, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Lauren London, Sanaa Lathan, Bria Myles, Gabrielle Union, Nia Long, Toni Braxton etc then you are indeed gay. I think the saddest thing is the fact that black men are hating on us more than non-black men. I expect it from them not black men. They should know better.

If you think “long hair” makes the woman(which a lot of black women have) than you are very strange. I thought men were more turned on by a nice body, smooth skin, full lips, etc than just long hair. Black men just get weirder and weirder by the second. If “short nappy hair” is much hated on black women than obviously it’s much hated on black men too. Is that why so many of them shave it off? If you want to talk about weaves, relaxers etc. Again I have heard Latinas say that about both black women AND men.

honestlly coming from myself being afrian american surinamese and japanese brazilian…i wil tell you that every time you post comments about how underepresented you are as a black women it makes yourself seem insecure. Black women are beautiful as are all types…beauty is in the eye of the beholder meaning dont think black men dont like blaCK WOMEN because we may like an asian or white woman. preferance and taste varies individual to individual…I myself have dated women of asian/hispanic,african american backgrounds etc. be proud of yourself as a WOMAN…and stop focusing on ethnicity

I would say my (pinay/Japanese) girlfriend is attractive…female friends and girls who see her picture tell me all the time.

Maybe what we need to really reflect on is the disdain expressed in one way or another of some black women when a black man shows a hint of attraction for someone that isn’t “black.” Sometimes some black women feel the need even if not antagonized to go out of their way to speak negatively when a black guy shows interest on internet blogs for other women from different ethnicity
