I find it interestin how people really want young black people to go to jail! We want negroes to do life for the same sh!t we know others have gotten away with forever… never sayin what may have happened was right but lockin these kids up and takin all their funds via legal fee’s is crazy!

And like others have said, others who have committed the same crime, what did they recieve?? I can recall Suge Knight beating up his GF infront of the cops, is he still in jail waiting for court case?? This was his first offense EVER, clean record. So of course he gets bail. This happens daily, and most of the case the girl didn’t start off as the aggressor. I’m all for womens right, but wrong is wrong. I see cop shows where the woman throw the first punch and the BOTH went to jail. His mistake was, he left the scene.

have you realise that the only account of the story is from rihanna and the reason that their lawyers are working together is because she can be charged as well? besides half the shit she said doesn’t make any sense. in a moving lambo (b4 they stopped) , they would’ve crashed!!
ppl like him shouldn’t be taking up room in prison for 5 years if this is his first strike, wasting space and tax payers dollars. he should to do some time, definitely community service and anger management classes and so should she (well the anger management classes).

my friend, she’s damn fortunate because she likes to hit all her boyfriends and physically harm them, and i know its a matter of time before one of them would lash out on her and she’ll cry victim. some ppl react and not think, you cant count on the fact that they’d choose to walk away.
