I’m not gonna compare anyone to Wayne. But I will say this. 2pac is the only artist since elvis that has had an album come out ever 1 to 2 years since his passing. No one has touched the pulse that 2pac was able to touch since he’s left. Big – untouchable. Jay Untouchable. BIG-Jay-Pac all NEO’s of The Matrix and its gonna be awhile till the next one comes.
