Video Of P.U.M.A. aka Personal Urban Mobility & Accessibility Vehicle
General Motors and Segway, Inc. unveil an early prototype of an emission-free, electric vehicle at an April 7, 2009 press event preceding the 2009 New York International Auto Show.
It is powered by a rechargeable battery and can go 35 mph. The vehicle is expected to go for sale in 2012 and the retail price has not been released yet. SOURCE

where are you supposed to park those things without someone trying to steal it or vandalize it? It seems cool but I am not understanding what you are supposed to do with it after you are done riding around in it? can it fold up? can you store it somewhere?
