Damn i didnt even know that mims was balling like that, no hate mims but if i was you i would of got a condo at first, because ” this why im hot ” did well but your album flopped…now your got that new tune ” move if you want to ” which is a good song, but is not doing well on the charts…and i doubt your next album would sell big numbers…but hey,,,your only live once.

He’s done well off of one hit song. Have to agree that you get good value for your money in Atlanta… I wish I could live there. My 3bed 2 bath, townhome in Maryland cost $280K, but I could get a nice single family home in Atlanta for the same amount.
That electronic weight machine was nice… I’ve never seen one of those before.
