I have a couple that I live by that hopefully someone can take in and apply to their lives:

1.) Spend the next few years of your life doing things that most people WON’T do, so you can spend the rest of your life doing things that most people CAN’T do (GRIND HARD)

2.) Act as if mediocrity is something that you’re fatally allergic to and avoid it at ALL COSTS!

3.) Always remember that a setback is a setup for a comeback, tough times don’t last but tough people do! (Don’t be afraid to fail, because you can’t really appreciate success if you’ve never failed)

4.) KEEP GOD FIRST IN ALLLLLL THAT YOU DO!!

#5 got it right,,,,,and i aint tryna sound like a hater jay-z did become successful but this nigga aint god…he just got lucky he dropped an album a year for 10 years droppin countless commercial hits samplin other artists shit and stealin BIG’s rhymes and havin countless big name features on his shit,,,,im just sayin he was never a great rapper 80% of his albums were average at best…but hey he’s a smarter man than DMX or Jadakiss just to name a few.

SHINE 95…i feel u he biggin up biggie but nigga 100 times???!!!! not only does he mention biggie in his albums atleast twice but he takes his rhymes and hooks also each album atleast twice…honestly that biggin up to biggie is just an excuse for a nigga who probly gets writers block more than just every once in a while and he figures he needs his shit done to drop the album asap to make money asap..cant knock the buisness part of it tho
