DMX Could Face 8 Years In Jail For Assaulting A Sheriff
DMX, also known as Earl Simmons, may be charged with felony aggravated assault. He’s serving a 90 day sentence for several charges and was placed in lock down earlier this month. FOX 10 has learned that while in lock down, Simmons apparently assaulted a Sheriff’s detention officer. If convicted of these new charges, his probation could be revoked and he could be sentenced to 8 years in prison.

This man has sold over 28 million records and now could be in jail for 8 years smh. He had a rough childhood and I guess never got the right help to deal with it.

What the hell is this…he gets just 90 days for a drug conviction and an animal cruelty conviction for the second time! DMX deserves to get the 8 years and I hope he has to serve all 8. I wish to hell they’d treat him the way he treated his dogs! If he does die in there, bury him in the backyard like he did to his dogs!
