Chris Brown Apologizes And Seeks Help
Chris Brown, who was arrested a week ago in connection with a domestic violence investigation, said Sunday he is “sorry and saddened” by what happened and is seeking counseling from his pastor and loved ones.The 19-year-old R&B singer also said much of what has been reported of the incident is untrue, although he did not elaborate.”Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person,” Brown said in a statement issued through publicist Michael Sitrick.”
Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and-or reported in the media is wrong,” he added. But he said he couldn’t discuss that in detail until his case is resolvedVia Associated Press

Any pathetic excuss for a man on saying that Rihanna deserved to get physically beat or harmed for anything she did or might have been rumored to do. In THIS society you do not, under any circumstances BEAT ON A WOMAN…And the operative word is BEAT (meaning repetitive hitting). If Rihanna was slapping at him or whatever, CB does have a right to defend himself, HOWEVER as someone who is bigger and stronger, there is no need for him to retaliate with a beatdown. Like I said, IF Rihanna is as fucked up as they say she is (black eye, bite marks, bruises all over)…It aint nothing in the world CB can say to redeem himself from that. Rihanna could commit everything short of murder and it still won’t justify CB touching her. That’s just how it is.

But I know if someone accused ME of beating someone or killing someone, or stealing something and I KNOW I didn’t do it…I’d be shouting it from the rooftops. With this type of thing, the longer you wait to declare your innocence the more suspect you look. If CB ain’t do nothing wrong why is he apologizing and what is he seeking help for??…I totally believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and waiting to get all the facts.
