50 Cent Won’t Release His Next Album Until Eminem Drops?
The description from the Associated Press states, “50 Cent says he won’t release his ‘Before I Self Destruct’ CD until Eminem’s album.” Is that what he is actually saying in this video? If that is the case who knows when, “Before I Self Destruct,” will ever come out with Eminem having no release date confirmed. The truth is the album does not have enough buzz, POINT BLANK. I’m expecting a lot of excuses below lol. The album won’t drop until another, “I Get Money,” comes out, which makes sense.

not really, what ya’ll have to remember is that 50 is em’s artist and if em’s album is ready before fif’s then why wouldn’t you put out em’s album? i mean really? what if fif had some other ideas for the album, wouldn’t that be a good thing rather than a negative? his last album sold over 5 mil. he isn’t struggling, he’s still one of the top 5 rap artists in the world. he could put out a banging single whenever he wants. his last was i get money…off his last album. people really like to challenge him all the time but dude is on another stratosphere. in a so-called bad year he made $150 mil, he’s hotter than the government. and when he isn’t around what do you get? you saw it already…gay rap…tight jeans…undercover feds (rick ross, he is an undercover cop planted by the hiphop police task force). ya’ll are really wack… for real. ross’s two albums sold no more than 800,000 copies. if he only goes gold isnt’ that a failure? he won’t sell crazy albums thats a given.

being pushed back is either or 2 reasons: lack of buzz wherein that would effect your record sales vs. pushing your on stuff back for whatever reason (whether it be to enhance the product or whatever). 50 has never sold under a mil, he could put an album out with no video and go gold. even in these tough times. look luda put out a banging album like 3/4 months ago and is he gold yet? this is business and this makes sense. em hasn’t been out for…i don’t know…a long time. it makes sense. stop hating nuckas and get your life right.

i dont understand what Fif has done THAT WOULD suggest ‘His Singles Floppin’ as it leads up to an album release… He came out with ‘ Get Up ‘ which obviously was only because of tha fact that he had that show… (We really cant say other wise on that because of the timing of when his show first aired) ‘Crack a Bottle’ really does sound like an Eminem record so, that joint dont count then you have ‘I get it In’ which is actually a solid record but that’s just an appetizer.

50’s standard buzz is at such a high level that one does not see that he has buzz for his album. it’s hard to raise the usual buzz level that he already has.
i think he would not do 650k like he did with curtis if it came out now. but he definitely would do a solid 350-400k first week with his album (that’s more than young jeezy). i think that’s where fiddy is at right now: below kanye, lil wanye and t.i. on place 4 in the top-rapper-ranking.
