He’s better off taking the compensation, that’s attempted murder if she gave the kidney back and didnt find a suitable donor in time. Then again if she agrees to it and has a signed document proving it then he’s okay. For what its worth, 1.5 mil. compared to being in court and getting arrested/posting bail, getting sued by her family or being tried as well as going to jail if convicted will do more damage than she did with that affair. Leave her, get your priorities straight and “Orange Juice Jones” the broad. She admitted to cheating so she’ll probably wind up with little to nothing as long as she has her own income and an immediate place to stay (ie: the fool she cheated with).
