Ever since when has sounding “just” like another artist, ala B.O.B. being similar to Andre 3000, become a good thing? What happened to being original? I thought it was just coincidence that he rapped like Andre 3000 on his breakthrough song “Haters”, but now he also sing like him too??? This shit is ridiculous…but I wish B.O.B. the best.

I mean he cool…but the track on the humble is REALLY….THE WHOLE WORLD…you know that record that introduced KILLER MIKE, and he’s biting the fuck outta 3000’s flow on there…this cat better pay homage, otherwise…..it’s wack, and he’s not anywhere near as nice as 3 Stacks of course,….and I don’t mean to hate, but I despise, a nigga being lazy, and not carving out his own flow….this is why HIP-HOP is hooked up to a fucking machine compiled of the handful of lyrists still giving a fuck…SMH

response to the “we don’t hear enough 3 STACKS” comment… I guess we don’t hear enough Biggie & Pac (R.I.P.) either being that they are deceased, so everyone should run with the style and flow of an legendary artist that doesn’t create much, if any, music anymore. That’ll be great *sarcasm*.

I was diggin this cat for a minute but honestly I dont think he is ready to be released as an artist yet. Artist are allowed to come out WAY before they are ready these days. His music is pretty hot, but his identity as an artist is not there yet. There is just nothing special about him. I can see him performing around in very small cafe type settings but nothing more than that. And no dis to him, because that may be all he is looking for. But in my opinion, the label should have groomed the guy as an artist a lil longer. B.O.B, Charles Hamilton, etc.. they have pretty good music, they are just boring as artist. Andre 3 Stacks is in a whole nother league!! Seriously. I didnt see or hear anything here in this video that made me say “Hey, I got to go get this album.”
