The beat is great. I have heard better from all of them but it still goes hard and is head and shoulders above anything going on in this wack Rap game right now. I only listen to underground New York and Philly Rapper like Uncle Murder, Max B,Joey Jihad and Gillie(Mixtape Music). Nas came out with a classic album (N##**) and some ppl shit on it. Lupe aswell. The game is so messed up now that ppl like Soulja Boy think they can he Nas’ in his mouth and not get the taste smacked out of it. The game needs this kind of hip hop energy back. feels like em’s not really being himself it’s still a good song but i excpect so much more emotion and energy from em ..dunno why but ever since encore he just hasn’t been the same he sounds like he lost all his anger and rage which made him sound insane but it worked to his advantage…

that makes me wonder how pac would sound if he were still alive cuz if you rap from heart and you no longer have that rage, anger, or issues goin on in your life than you sound like a totally different artist. which is what i think is happening to em cuz that emotion’s not there anymore.

but now that i think of it pac not only rapped from the heart about his personal issues, he also rapped about global and social issues which bothered him and made him just as angry as his personal issues would and those issues would always exist so to anwer my own question, pac would always have material to rap about so he’d never “fall off”..maybe that’s why he’s a legend and in his own league..

The beats tight. but the hook is absolutely terrible, probably in the top five worst hooks of all time,I can’t believe Dre let them settle for that hook that a 13 year old could have wrote…i’m sorry but i expect greatness from these guys and this is not it….But, i’m glad to see them actually puttin work in and not being stagnant.
