It’s not about trying to be role models. Just use common sense and act like a normal citizen. That’s what people expect and It’s not that difficult. I’m not gonna give props to those who don’t get into any troubles cause you’re not supposed to act like a fucking idiot. Grow up and start acting like an adult for God’s sake.

I read his blog on black athletes. My man Stephen A Smith is right. Pacman jones, mike vick, plaxico, santonio holmes. You dont hear about theses white pro athletes acting a fool. Total amount in fines that the GAINTS have gotten from plaxico is $300K. He like losing money.

on one hand its like fuck the owners and everybody else makin a profit off that superior black athlete they don’t care bout his well being they care about they investments.
but on the other hand if niggas keep fuckin up the opportunities they have been given they just fuckin it up for the next wave of young black men that go pro. the new generation always has to pay for past generations missteps. they have all these clauses in they contracts shit they even watch niggas in jr.high to make sure they walked a straight line they whole life. yea when we get sum cash we wanna ball outta control cuz we never had the chance b4 but think bout ur own investments. with good behavior in sports u can make far more than what ur contract is gettin u. steph and plax play in nyc, the endorsements wouldve been huge if they wanted it. but they don’t, all niggas care about now is makin it to the league rather than building a legacy or winning a title.

Ludacris’s Twin brother is 100% right. Instead of staying home and thinking building figuring out how to make a positive impact in the world not just for your race but all man kind. I dont give a dam what network it is on, as a successful man, you are held to a high standard, regardless of your race. And if you are out of place, someone should call u out on it, point blank.
You have to understand this concept…”to whom much is given, much is expected”. Stephen A was in his jurisdiction to say what he said because at the end of the day…he’s a sports commentator and thats what they do…but him being a black commentator in a predominately white industry, it probably personally affected him in some way…so he had every right to say what he said.
