    (1)If im the judge in this case i would give him a 3 yrs probation and community service.(2)Then have GAINTS mgnt to re-work his contract with more stiffer penalties. (3)Then have him meet with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell so he can get the “pacman jones talk”. So basically U got NYPD, GAINTS mgnt, Roger Goodell all 3 breathing on the back of his neck. Plus he shoot his ownself isnt that punishment as well.

    Good agent, well said. Cosign with #2, to a point. Part of me does think he should serve some time - he broke the law, and anyone else would have to pay the price, why shouldn’t he?
