Bloomberg Wants Plaxico Burress To Do Jail Time(Could Face 3.5 Years)
New York has a very strict law that has Prodigy in Jail currently. You face a mandatory 3.5 years in jail if your found with a loaded illegal gun. I don’t understand how a millionaire can put himself at risk like this, especially in New York. Burress could lose millions of dollars, be taken away from the NFL in his prime and lose his freedom.

(1)If im the judge in this case i would give him a 3 yrs probation and community service.(2)Then have GAINTS mgnt to re-work his contract with more stiffer penalties. (3)Then have him meet with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell so he can get the “pacman jones talk”. So basically U got NYPD, GAINTS mgnt, Roger Goodell all 3 breathing on the back of his neck. Plus he shoot his ownself isnt that punishment as well. He’s get public ridicule as we speak.
